Brandon Larson
Highland High School Athletic Director

Mr. Larson comes to Highland after having served the last two years as the Athletic Director at Coronado High School in Scottsdale Unified School District.  From the start, Brandon was able to make a direct impact on their athletic program.  Through community partnerships and grant writing, Mr. Larson was able to provide scholarship opportunities for athletic fees, male and female student athlete of the year scholarships, and various upgrades to facilities and equipment.  Brandon is active on AIA committees, AIA leadership as a region chair, and is a board member of the AIAAA.   Prior to coming into athletic administration, Mr. Larson worked in the finance industry for ten years before entering education full time.  Mr. Larson coached football for 15 years in Arizona, Texas, and Utah winning two state titles and various district titles through the years.     All of this would be impossible without the support of his family: his wife Brittney, and his four children, who have made tremendous sacrifices to allow him to do the job that he loves to do.
