REFUND POLICY

The Highland Hawks Football Booster Club is a 501(c)3 Nonprofit organization. Every dollar donated goes directly to the players (training, camps, equipment, football program, conference fees, etc.).

Considering we are a nonprofit organization and our financial goals are defined by an annual budget, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds. This includes fees for players (those who may no longer participate on any team due to injury, relocation, or choice), sponsors/donors, etc.

If excess funds (above the budget) are raised during the season, they will NOT be returned to donors. Excess funds may also be used to purchase equipment, services, or products that directly relate to the Highland Hawks Football Booster Club or team. We may also earmark funds for specific expenditures that will fall in the following year.
