10 Steps to Complete BEFORE Football Camp
Below is what needs to be completed for all levels before camp.
- Pay for camp, there are three ways to pay:
- Camp is $600 for Freshmen, $500 for JV/Varsity
- Pay Coach Farrel via Venmo @Brock-Farrel
- BILT Foundation (see BUILT PAGE)
- Pay via credit card: CLICK HERE TO PAY VIA CREDIT CARD
- Type player’s name in the ‘Football Player Name’ section & type football camp under ‘Reason for Donation
- Camp is $600 for Freshmen, $500 for JV/Varsity
- Go to RegisterMyAthlete.com
- Register your son for the 2023/2024 season
- Read all the documents and check them off
- E-sign as directed
- If your son did NOT attend the Saturday Physicals, please scan your son’s physical form
- Upload the physical form (where directed)
- Have your son complete the concussion course and upload the certificate of completion
*don’t worry if it says “Not Complete” if you have uploaded and completed everything. It takes time to approve all these athletes - Download the Authorization Form: CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD
- Email your COMPLETED Authorization form to brock.farrel@gilbertschools.net
*NOTHING needs to be physically turned in to Vickie Haro. You do NOT need to bring her any documents. The school isn’t open this week.
If you’ve completed all these steps above, YOU’RE READY FOR CAMP!
FRESHMAN CAMP: COMPLETED
TRAINING – $300:
When: June 1st – through July
Where: Highland Weight Room
Time: 6am to 8am
Contact: Coach Fair (480) 580-2456
CAMP – $300:
When: July 10-13
Where: Show Low
Depart: Noon – Leave from Highland High school
Return: Afternoon
Make Payment Via: BILT Foundation , @Brock-Farrel (Venmo), or check to No Huddle Football Academy (give to Coach Farrel)
Payment Deadline: June 9

- Freshmen will be sleeping all together in the gym. Your son will want an air mattress or cot to sleep on
- Optional: Spending $$ Pizza night $10 and snacks can be purchased at camp
- Please make checks payable to: No Huddle Football Academy, or
- Use the BILT Foundation (click here for more info)
- Please note: Summer Camp, donations to No Huddle Football Academy, state tax credit, the BILT Foundation, and Highland Athletic Fee do NOT count toward a per player’s annual calculation ~$1,000

- 2 Towels
- 2 – 3 Spirit Packs (or enough T-Shirts/Shorts for 3 Days [6-8 Practices])
- Enough Underwear and Socks
- Casual Wear for Cafeteria
- Soap
- Deodorant
- Toothbrush/Toothpaste
- Sunscreen
- Gold Bond Powder
- Cleats & Running Shoes
- Water Bottle
- Sleeping Bag & Pillow
- Blow-up Mattress
- Small amount of cash for snack bar (optional)
- NO GUM
- NO HATS
- NO SUNFLOWER SEEDS
- NO SLEEVELESS SHIRTS IN CAFETERIA
JV/Varsity Camp – $500
When: July 17-20th.
Where: Navy Academy in Carlsbad CA
Depart: 11:30pm July 17
Return: Evening on July 20
Make Payment Via: BILT Foundation or @Brock-Farrel (Venmo)
Payment Deadline: June 16

- Will Stop and eat dinner on the way home ($ for dinner)
