1. Pay for camp, there are three ways to pay:

- Camp is $650 for Freshmen, $650 for JV/Varsity
- Pay Coach Farrel via Venmo @Brock-Farrel
- BILT Foundation (see BILT PAGE)

* Type player’s name in the ‘Football Player Name’ section & type football camp under "Reason for Donation"

2. Go toRegisterMyAthlete.com
3. Register your son for the 2024/2025 season
4. Read all the documents and check them off
5. E-sign as directed
6. If your son did NOT attend the Saturday Physicals, please scan your son’s physical form
7. Upload the physical form (where directed)
8. Have your son complete the concussion course and upload the certificate of completion. *don’t worry if it says “Not Complete” if you have uploaded and completed everything. It takes time to approve all these athletes.
9. Download the Authorization Form: CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD
10. Email your COMPLETED Authorization form to [email protected]

*NOTHING needs to be physically turned in to Brenda Johnsen at
[email protected]. You do NOT need to bring her any documents.
